Lecturer method, practical methods ie doing practical while guiding the students, exercising, interaction with the students to make sure they understand, I usually use projector with motion pictures which motivates the learners this ensures understanding to my students. instead of theories the practically see the real image and motions of whatever we are discussing.
I also encourage discussions.
My students always perform well and am always proud of their efforts.
Am always a proud teacher since I don't scare my students I make sure am approachable and my class is always full of happy moments that makes students be willing to join my class anytime. This is pleasure and makes me a great teacher
