Making students better in all skills by using IEP, BEHAVIOURAL ISSUES, learning disabilities, hearing impaired, recieving parents feedback and implementating it however they want, showing progress slowly by doing an assessment first and selecting the goals with parents guidance also, writing a lesson plan for a goal up to three months then making parents understand how parents also play an important role in this and teaching them the techniques to implement at-home because children are gonna be with special educator only for one hour but at home most of the time.
