Having multidimensional style of teaching, I've facilitated my students in a friendly way, inculcated in them what I've acquired till now. Normally i use three teaching styles. Directing,discussing and delegating. Structuring my classes to include using some amount of each style. Primarily, i prefer directing style to grab the attention of the students and engaged them through a number of warm up questions.In the mid of the class i frequently use discussing style in order to let the students show their best in a smooth way. It mainly focues on recalling facts, analyze problems brainstorm ideas, offer opinions, debate options, make decisions and provide evidence for their position. And, at the end, I assign class a project base assignment so rely more heavily on the delegating style.
