I am a passionate 21 st century teacher with 4+ years of experience in high school and Junior school. I believe in adding value to my learners lives by ensuring an holistic development.I have demonstrated success through the learner centered approach, tailored feedback and setting challenging but attainable goals.
Every opportunity with a learner has always been a life changing one.This has been influenced by my ability to establish a good rapport with students, appropriate teaching methodology to suit individual learner needs.
In my previous role I ran after school tutoring for my students with difficulties that helped improve their final test results by 40%.
