I am Jyoti Sangwan pgt physical education teacher, I worked in many schools as martial art trainer, yoga trainer, athletics coach as well. I completed my post graduation from punjab university Chandigarh. When I worked as pgt in schools I had given 100% result in board exams. And I teach my students by using different methods and by using different teaching aids so that students can understand easily. As I know there are individual differences not all the student can understand by using lecture methods by demonstration methods, so i used different styles or methods so that students can understand easily and remember it for long.
