‘Najib Sir’ is a distinguished expert in Microcontrollers, Control Systems, Analog Electronics, and Power Electronics. Known for his academic excellence and consistent top performance, he is committed to nurturing his students into scholars, many of whom have achieved DISTINCTION in his subjects.
He earned his Bachelor's degree in Electronics from a prestigious engineering college affiliated with Mumbai University, graduating with distinction and ranking fourth in his class. His outstanding academic record led to a campus placement with Larsen & Toubro InfoTech. His passion for Electronics drove him to pursue a Master's degree in the same field, where he graduated with a CGPI of 8.96 on a scale of 10. His scholarly accomplishments include presenting and publishing 23 research papers in international journals and conferences, holding two patents, and passing the Ph.D. entrance test conducted by the University of Mumbai. He has also worked on research projects worth 1.3 lakh INR and mentored over 100 undergraduate student projects.
During his undergraduate studies, Najib Sir showcased his enthusiasm for Electronics by mentoring junior students on various analog and digital projects and serving as the Technical Head of the College IEEE committee. He designed two electronic applications—the Numeric Water Level Indicator and the Tachometer—which were featured in a renowned electronics magazine. His involvement also includes organizing workshops on PCB fabrication and desktop assembly at school and college levels, and he has earned numerous certificates in inter-college robotics competitions.
Starting his teaching career during his Bachelor's program, he is now an Assistant Professor in the Department of EXTC Engineering at a leading autonomous engineering college. He has attended and organized over 50 seminars, guest lectures, STTPs, and FDPs under AICTE. As a life member of ISTE, he has reviewed papers for international conferences under EasyChair and received recognition as a PG Teacher from the University of Mumbai. Additionally, he runs his own YouTube channel, 'EngineeringWithNajibSir,' where he shares his expertise with a broader audience.
