I use learner centered approach such as inquiry, problem based and project based learning .I establish good relationship with learners.I also do guidance and counseling.I engage learners in discussion through ict platforms.I make use of differential learning to cater for various needs of learners.I apply theories such as Jean Piaget, constructivism and Gessel for effective learning.I make use of digital devices to make learning interesting and promotion of retention.I administor assessment and upload results.I teach learners moral values to ensure they grow spiritually.I ensure that there is parental empowerment and engagement.
