I am Maryam and i did Mphil in mathematics from Quaid e Azam University, Islamabad, Pakistan. I have a strong mathematical background with the achievement of Gold Medal in my Bachelors. I did a job as lecturer mathematics and I am passionate to share my knowledge with my students. while teaching to my students, personally focus on each student's performance. As mathematics required practice, I give some tasks to students for their practice and checked their homework individually. I give some questions to solve in the class so that I could get to know about student's understanding of my lecture. I provide a supportive environment to pupils in which they can confidently ask questions if they feel any difficulty. I take feedback from my students so that i can teach them accordingly. Using these strategies, i noticed the improvement in my student’s performance achieving higher grades and understanding of the subject. I am always appreciated by my colleagues for my teaching methods and received positive feedback from my students. The thing which make me an impressive teacher is that i not only teaches the lessons of the subjects to my students but also motivate them to do hard work and fulfil their dreams.

  • Lecturer (Jan, 2022–Jul, 2022) at Govt. Graduate college for woman Hajji pura road Sialkot
    I did a job in Govt. Graduate College for Women, Hajipura Sialkot, as a Mathematics lecturer. Here, my responsibilities were to deliver lectures to intermediate students. I taught general mathematics to ICs and FSc students as well as I taught the accounting and business mathematics to I.com. Moreover, my role involved to design the comprehensive question papers to assess the student's understanding of the subject, supervised the students during examinations and marking the papers. I was also responsible for maintaining discipline and manage the timetable. I received a positive feedback from my students and faculty for my effective teaching strategies. Through this job experience, i developed strong communication skills, classroom management and in-depth knowledge of mathematics.
