Pamella Spence English Language/Literature, Trained Social Worker

My classes are very interactive. Much respect is given to personalities as the educator assesses beforehand and makes allowance for the student to interact comfortably. Since learning is a two-way process, efforts are made to ensure that there is maximum feedback from students to indicate how much teaching and learning has taken place. Feedback may be verbal or non-verbal which can be verified by the educator who is trained and certified in methods of social interventions and responses. Much respect is given to time management, individual differences and accomplishment.
