Im jolly towards Students and make sure they understand my way of teaching.
Make them understand the question
Change the way of teaching if they dont get along
Will surely try to make a great bond with the student by reaching his mentality level so it would be easy for both of us.
Help them in homework and assignments. Teach them English pronunciation, confidence skills, manners, respecting, greetings and i dont burdenize a student orr don't overwhelmed them under homeworks and assignments i always try to make sure they are ok with the environment.
