Hi, Im Sreelekshmi. I'm a degree student who is inclined to teach. Even though I'm an undergraduate, i know the basics and much more. I also believe the base of a students education paves the way for his or her future. I do not prefer in scolding and other punishments, i simply likes to help the child to learn about the subject or the topic by understanding the meaning. I do not prefer in forcing everything at once, i believe completing chapters portion by portion and revising in between days and on a weekly basis. I also prefer in evaluating the progress through a weekly assessment in the end of the day. In this way i could know more about the understanding of the subject to the kid and more over if i have to change my teaching style to assist them more. I'm flexible according to the child's capability on grasping the chapters if i have to give more attention as some children require it i believe i could guide them. I also prefer im conducting assesments and spelling test along with helping them in their homeworks and assignments. I truly trust myself that i could lead a child to better future
