Hi, my name is Rehana. I’m from Sri Lanka, and I’m a psychology enthusiast passionate about teaching. I’m currently completing my degree in psychology, where I’ve gained extensive knowledge in psychological theories, research methods, and practical applications. I’ve been teaching psychology and sociology for students aged 14 to 25, and I’ve also worked with children aged 2 to 14 in various educational settings.

I help students navigate their learning journey and improve their critical thinking skills. My lessons are designed around a student-centered approach, integrating current research and practical applications. We use materials such as textbooks, research articles, and engaging activities to make learning effective and enjoyable. I help students understand and apply complex psychological concepts through interactive discussions and practical applications. I’ve researched gender roles in the south Asian context and currently researching self-efficacy and stress management, and I’ve led a successful webinar on work-life balance and productivity. My experience in volunteering with various organizations has further enriched my teaching methods.
