Trained many students some were freshers and some need to polish there skills in slaesforce.
Methodology of teaching :
Keep it realistic with some real time examples so each one can relate to the topic easliy and focus more on the practical aspect of it rather then just running some ppt's.
building from scratch and open forum for QnA always as you will learn there will be questions.
