While i was teaching 10th grade i gave 100℅ result in my subjects.
I involve student in the lesson by giving them live examples related to chapters. I also ask questions to develop their critical thinking. I usually plan the lesson prior a day with all my aids and points relevant to the topic.
Then reading is really required in languages. I motivate students to read the page loudly and use to correct then time to time.
While teaching Hindi i prefer students talking in Hindi but also give them English meanings asa and where required. Ask them to practice writing as well.
