As a teacher first I explain the students chapters and after that I help them to search for the Hard word and question answer which they found difficult to pronounce and learn I conduct weekly test to check there performance apart from spoken English I teach all other subjects from 1st to 5th std and all boards. As a teacher I feel students should not take studies as a burden they should enjoy for that teacher should always have positive thoughts towards the students and should have good understanding between teachers and students.
