As a Montessori trained experienced teacher with 6 years of experience behind me, I am looking for an appropriate teaching opportunity, that values and celebrates diversity and achievement. My strength is going out of the box, planning and implementing new 21st century learning and teaching strategies.
My students “academic excellence and personal growth have always been my prime focus. Improvement and enhancement in my student’s accomplishment and enhancement in my students accomplishments over the years have proved my aforementioned stance.
I have been an enthusiastic learner. I have attended several educational workshops held by the schools; I have worked with. My areas of expertise include project/activity Based learning, designing efficient assessment modules, planning and implementation of projects, special focus on IT integration in everyday teaching and fun based learning.
I believe in play-based learning and inquiry-based teaching. I know how to engage students and optimize their learning outcomes. My special focus has been on extra-curricular activities and classes under my supervision always stood out in different programmers.
My ability to cultivate positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues has been instrumental in creating a supportive educational community. Apart from managing and being available to my students, within and outside the class, I have always maintained congenial relations with my colleagues and management. I have attended Montessori INSET course and creative writing workshop too.
AS a true professional, I am eager to join a progressive system, where I can contribute my skills and experiences to further enhance student success. I am excited about the opportunity to collaborate with like minded educators and contribute to the growth and development of the students.
