Hello, everyone! My name is Misha, and I am thrilled to be your online tutor. With over two years of experience teaching English, I've worked with students from diverse backgrounds and cultures. My teaching philosophy focuses on creating a positive and engaging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and challenging themselves. I use interactive presentations, group discussions, and hands-on activities to cater to different learning styles, ensuring each lesson is dynamic and effective. My goal is to keep my students motivated and energetic, even if they don’t perform perfectly in every session. During my time as a teacher, I have developed a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with Common Core standards and focuses on the development of speaking, listening, reading, writing, and critical thinking skills. I have also had the opportunity to work with students of various countries and age groups, ranging from elementary to high school students. My background includes planning and teaching lessons to children as well as adults. I specialize in job interview practice and exam preparations like IELTS, Duolingo and other competitive exams
I have achieved scores of IELTS 7.5, GRE 328, and Duolingo 125. My passion for teaching led me to earn a TEFL certificate and complete IELTS Teacher Training at the University of Tehran. Outside of teaching, I enjoy exercising, reading, and continuously seeking new ways to learn and grow. I’m excited to embark on this journey with you and help you achieve academic success!
