Every flower blossoms at its own pace. Same applies to the beauty of learning by special needs children.I am a Special Educator teaching Special Needs Children (Learning Disability,ADHD,Autism,Down-syndrome,Intellectual Disability).I focus mainly upon child's strengths .Then Individualized Education Plan(IEP) as discussed with Parent and according to academic syllabus is designed on Child's abilities.I believe in regular revision helps the child to move one step ahead in their learning journey.With having 3 years experience as an offline teacher and one year experience through online platform.I find online learning and teaching makes a comfortable journey for both parent and child.
As we are not restricted with Geographical line through Online learning platform,timings for teaching for special needs child is decided as per child and parents requirements.I always encourage the child to speak or express themselves.I don't believe that learning could be a tough journey for children with special needs.
