I just completed my degree in Bachelor's in Education and i have taught online for a year and also did my internship in a school in Himachal Pradesh for 3 months. I would like to explain briefly about the teaching methods that i use. I use eclactic teaching method. This method is an exceptionally personalized approach for every child based on their strengths, learning styles, and interests. I believe that learning can only be meaningful when the students takes active part in the learning process. So, I give the students equal opportunity to speak and share their ideas/ thoughts.
