● Provide continuous administrative and logistical support/arrangements to programs, meetings, workshops, etc. to 02 Lincoln Corners in Peshawar.
● Acquire quotations for services, supplies and commodities for purchasing processes.
● Hire, schedule, and oversee contractors/vendors for maintenance, renovation, supplies,
travel, and accommodation etc.
● Carry out financial processes such as budget tracking, invoice processing, payments to
vendors, and expense reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records and provide
reports as needed.
● Maintain and monitor inventory levels of supplies, materials, and equipment required for
events and daily operations. Coordinate procurement activities with coordinators, track
inventory usage, and ensure timely replenishment.
● Collaborate with coordinators to ensure the corners are well-maintained, and equipped
with necessary supplies. Report any maintenance or operational issues promptly. Coordinate logistics for events and programs, including audiovisual equipment,
transportation, catering, and other related requirements. Ensure smooth execution and
timely resolution of any logistical issues that may arise.
● Maintain documentation, filling, folders and administrative data management in physical
and digital form.
● Arrange travel and accommodations for the team when needed.
● Maintain attendance and leave records of the Lincoln Corners staff.
● Assist in hiring new employees such as shortlisting, interview scheduling, and
maintaining employees’ record.
Outreach
● Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders and community partners.
● Work with Lincoln Corners in Peshawar to identify potential areas for collaboration in schools and colleges and organizations.
● Develop and deliver engaging outreach programs and events to reach target audiences.
● Track and report on the effectiveness of outreach activities.
● Assist with the recruitment and training of volunteers.
