My name is Tolessa Desta. I was graduated from Jimma University in Masters of Science in Information Science. Currently, I am teaching Computer based courses from different organizations with different fields like Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, Management Information System, Information System, ....
And also am working as a Vice dean at the School of Informatics from Wallaga University, Nekemte Campus. I am teaching IT Courses from Bethel Academy starting from grade 9-12. In teaching learning, I will teach as a Student-Centered / Constructivist Approach, Question answering system in the class, Project-Based teaching, Kinesthetic learning.
I should have a lesson plan and act according to my lesson plan. I have to use resources like Textbooks, E-resources, and take any assessments like quize, assignment, test,...
In order to increase the result of students, I have to follow up attention of students continuously and take continues assessment. I will have a daily and weekly plan and act accordingly in order to increase the result of students.
