I am determined for my student to achieve greatness and bes successful. What is most important to me is my student understanding what is being taught and gaining as much marks as possible. I always try to find new ways to help them understand. Although I have not too long started full time, my students have already seen results as some scored higher than last term and even got promoted when they were at risk for repeating. Practice makes better so I always ensure to practice with my students until they are confident.
