I prefer to teach students with clarity of concepts with the help of various teaching aids, hand on activities, games so that learning become fun and interesting. I help them to build confidance on themselves. I always find out easier methods to take special care of weak children so that they can learn effectively. Being a teacher my utmost target is the overall development of the child. I take frequent tests to assess. I make my own worksheets for that. I always encourage them to apply ther knowledge in real life.
