Mu method of teaching are interaction, demostration and discussion methods.
I believe with this methods, the teacher would be able to assess and evaluate the student's pace of learning and assimilation . No student values a boring class, teachers therefore has to innovate and create interaction among the pupils and teacher. Lastly, the pace at which a pupil is able to learn differs from another that is where engagement method comes into play.
In a nutshell, learning is not all about teaching or talking and listening, it is the ability for the teacher to skillfully use possible methods to making sure that the pupil placed under her care fully understands and is able to handle such a given tast when next he or she comes across it on his or her own.
What makes me a great teacher is my love, passion and level of flexibility when it comes to tutoring. I have mastered the act of tolerance and patience when relating with pupils, be their advisor when they need me to be, ability to blend different teaching methods at once to achieve my desired objective, critically assess the pupils learning process and rendering assistance. Finally I'm a bundle of love, care, and affection towards pupils.
