I use learner centre approach with modern methodology of facilitation.
I love interacting with my students with first creating a conducive learning environment. I induce my students to learn more . I also guide my students to be able to fact find facts on their own.
I accompany my facilitation with energizers that keeps my learning sessions fun and captivating .
I always ensure that any work we have done with my students and creat time and we do corrections and guide student to understand why the response is what it is and not his/her thought through proper reasoning together.
