Hello,
My name is Ishani Srivastava. I work as a Special Educator in an international school, here in Vadodara, Gujarat. I have been working for 3 years now.
I initially, I was working in Delhi Public School, Hyderabad and then shifted to Vadodara for a better opportunity. I work with students with learning difficulties in a regular working classroom and/or school. Teaching the students who have a unique way of understanding things, seeing and understanding the world in a way which is different and special has led me to explore more and various type of teaching strategies, has strengthened my teaching style, has made me a judge in understanding of the needs of the students and how to working according to them and not vice versa.
I truly am passionate about teaching and all I want to do is to provide help that the students need based on their level of understanding.
