I'm a teacher who likes to provide relevant and easily understandable references while teaching. This is largely the reason, why my pupils and students find it easy to relate with my teaching style.

I also like to engage my students in an interaction while teaching, so I give room for questions, opinions and contributions. This way, I'm able to assess the student's level of understanding, indicating whether or not I've done a good job.

With learning objectives defining my teaching plan, I end class sessions with class activities and assignments, which further serve as tests and ways to define the student's level of understanding.

I understand that students' level of grasping knowledge and information, varies. Knowing this, I always find a way to study and understand my students, which then helps inform the ways I handle them, peculiarly.

The idea is to make sure that students get better and are better equipped for impact making, after every class and study session!
