My teaching style is personalized learning and I prefer this style because I modify my teaching technics to meet the needs of my students whereby I have to adjust my plans according to my student's capabilities. I sometimes also make use of inquiry- based learning which encourages student to conduct research, ask questions about topic they are learning and coming up with their own ideas or understanding of the topic. This encourages curiosity and critical thinking. What makes a great teacher is that I put my student's first, I try to find their strength and weakness and work on it. Every child has the best method that works for them and implore the best method for each child and I'm able to do that by first getting to know the child well.
