I have good command on English. I have more than 5 years of experience. I taught them with example. that's how they connect with me.
I also took test on alternate day, to check they are grasping the content or not. In between i also motivate them with the good stories. for their engagement in the studies. I also played some frequent game with student to get their interest back in studies. Nowadays there are various way to learn. there are spelling games, multiplication games are available. And one more thing i took quiz. this will help them further studies.
