I totally discourage the habit of studends being silent when I ask something, in this situation, I always encourage trials. Through trials it's where there is a complete solution.

- Short timed questions and assignments are the breakfasts of my students;
- Quizzes and Tests are the lunch for my students.
- Weekly and Monthly Examinations are the dinners for my students.

    It can be negotiable depending on the distance of travel. But it will range almost 40,000 to 50,000 per week
