My responsibility as a nurse tutor include and not limited to the following:
1.Teaching,Pharmacology,Medical surgical, oncology nursing and paediatric nursing 2,which entails both surgical and medical conditions affecting paediatric.
2.Preparing notes and teaching using PowerPoint,both online and physically.
3.Setting and moderating examinations.
4.Invigilating and marking of examinations.
5.Mentoring students in their class work
6.Mentoring students in their respective placement areas.
7.Assessing students in their respective clinical rotations .
8. Supervising students in their research proposals and projects.
9.Participating in administrative rol s such as being a class coordinator.
10.Instilling positive attitudes in students as they undertake their training.
11.Engaging students through,class assignments,small group discussion and PowerPoint presentation to instill courage and skill in public speaking and use of PowerPoint.
