I am skilled in lecturing with more than 6 years of experience in Psychology, research and statistics in university teaching. Currently working as assistant professor in psychology. I did my PhD in positive organisational behaviour. My strength is research methods and statistics. I have guided multiple UG and PG dissertation projects. In my teaching, I focus on delivering days to day example for the better understanding of my students and through story telling, make them enable to understand in better way. I believe it is important to create interest of students rather than just providing them the required knowledge.
