I am a certified yoga therapist with a work experience of 5 years. I teach ashtanga, therapy, prop yoga, strength, cardio training. I teach pregnancy yoga as well and I am a certified prenatal post natal pregnancy instructor. I take weight loss training as well and provide proper diet with training so that you can see the changes faster.

I have worked with senior citizens and taken group sessions as well. I have been a personal tutor for 5 years. My clients have felt significant changes in their life after training with me.
