I am an English teacher seeking a full-time position in the field of education, where I can apply my knowledge and skills for continuous improvement. I have co-designed lesson plans by keeping in view to new approaches where Learning Improvement Cycle (LIC) has been applied to the problems of the learners. Being a language teacher I have worked on LSRW (Listening, speaking, reading, writing))skills and fostered a supportive and encouraging classroom environment. I provided after-school tutuoring for the students who need extra focus by the teacher to be on the same plane with their peers. Now-a-days learners are facing challenges in this era of development by losing their focus, I work on certain meditation techniques to bring back the focus which is needed for the class to result positively. No doubt, discipline also plays the role. I love getting to know my students and nurturing them to their fullest potential. I believe communication is the key.
