My name is Mosela Priscilla Tsotetsi
I'm not here to make big promises or make extravagant claims; all I want to say is, let's make learning exciting and enjoyable and allow me to turn you into a distinction holder
I prefer to go right to the point, so instead of studying the entire textbook like we crazy i mean you can't remember/memories everything in the textbook, we're going to start by going over the pass papers.
Practicing using pass papers.
I always plan my lessons and assessments according to the state curriculum standards and create my plans on a weekly basis. I start my plans by selecting the core standards that I want to introduce to students that week and separate each subfield of the standard into each day of the week. Typically, I use Mondays for reviewing the past week's topics and introducing new concepts and Fridays for informal assessments to evaluate student understanding. At the end of the grading period, I plan a cumulative assessment to evaluate the standards I covered in class.
It can be tricky to make sure that all my students have equal input and participation during class time. When I hold online lessons, I first start by reiterating my expectation that everyone has something of value to add to the discussion. While I don't like to call on anyone specifically, I continue to encourage all students to take part in class activities. I also let my students know that active participation counts towards their overall grade, which often motivates them to put in their best efforts and contribute to class.
