I believe in allowing students to actively participate in the learning process with class discussions and exercises that support the initiative. I try helping students learn and understand new concepts and complete assignments. I prepare lessons by studying lesson plans, reviewing textbooks in detail to understand the topic I will be teaching and providing additional projects if needed during a session. I used to give some interactive yet effective activities to students so that they will participate and show their interest in a specific topic or unit. In this way I can assess student's understanding which he/she got from my lecture so that I can make it more better in understanding for him/her. I try to be flexible with students where needed, so that student can complete his/her given tasks more efficiently without any hassle. I engage with students for their emotional and mental well being and for that I used to give them few minutes for motivation lecture. I try to share a healthy bond with my students so that they can speak about any issue in terms of their studies or any other area and try to give them appropriate advice or help them
