I am a pupil- focussed and a versatile secondary school teacher with 13 years classroom experience with grades 10-12. I prepare lesson plans in order to achieve target objectives based on established curricula.My flexible teaching style helps me to instil confidence into students under my tutelage. I see myself as a great teacher because I don't struggle to carry along, even the weakest student in my class. I believe every child has a rate at which he or she assimilates. Some are fast learners,some are slow learners while some are just in between. It is always my job as a teacher to understand the student and facilitate the required style that will suit the student in question.
