I am Harshada S Bandekar, and I am delighted to introduce myself. I hold a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) with a specialization in Finance, a Master’s in Financial Management (MFM), and a Master’s in Economics. With over seven years of corporate experience and one year as an Assistant Professor, I have developed a strong foundation in both practical finance and education.

My teaching style is designed to be interactive and engaging. I believe in a two-sided approach where learning is not just about absorbing information but also about actively participating in discussions. I prioritize practical knowledge over rote memorization, often incorporating real-world examples into my lessons. This method helps students relate theoretical concepts to practical scenarios, enhancing their understanding and retention of the material.
