Dear students in 20 years of my experience I have learned that a teacher who understands the students requirements and try to make things simple gets better result. The students are of different mindsets and as a mentor you have understand his or her way of learning to give optimum result with minimus stress. I never impose anything rather I believe that my job is to motivate the students for hard work, dedication and consistency without making things unnecessarily complicated and complex.
