Hello, I am Shilpa Kamath from Indore. I am working as a visiting faculty teaching in Economics. I am pursuing my masters in Yoga and also taking personal yoga therapist for people suffering from back and cervical issues, weight loss, pregnancy (garbha sanskar). I take classes for beginners and intermediate yoga practitioners. The classes will be taken on discussion and demonstration method. The classes will be interesting and you will feel relaxed and get the best results form these classes. Yoga nidra and dhyan will also be practiced during the class.
