My name Nikita bisht from uttarakhand . I have completed my post graduation with gold medalist hnb Garhwal University churas campus Srinagar Garhwal Uttarakhand. I have 2-3 year experience due to covid time. Before covid I take offline class but due to covid time I take online yoga classes for awareness covid. But after covid time I just prepared for PHD . And now want to participate time yoga online classes.I handle kids yoga classes, back pain, PCOD, PCOS etc. my knowledge and my teaching style is so gentle.
