I evaluate students with formal and informal methods,including quizzes,test and past paper practice.I am well aware of new technology initiative.I am able to add online quizzes and test easily.I try to know my student's learning styles,passions and challenges,so I can teach my student accordingly.I believe in teaching to each student's passion.For instance, one of my student had a trouble with solving algebraic equations,when I observe her problem,I tried to deliver structured lesson in an unstructured way,so she can learn it thoroughly.I design crash courses to be completed in a short period of time,which makes easier for my students to get prepared for their final exam
