Assalamualaikum!
I like to help the society,and teaching gives me a great opportunity to do so. I'm passionate about educating my experience.I use different strategies to engange them and share with knowledge.I make sure to create a learning environment that is relavent to the students and make sure they interested in lessons.The observation influence is very good for teaching I plan and reflecting on my work helped me improve my teaching strategies and respond to the students needs.In my opinion observation is one of the most strategies that are use in practicum course to support a teacher. Now I'm sharing some personal point to become a good teacher.
1- Firstly, I will check my student level by question answer that what type of content they need or what type of effort they needs.
2- I will give daily life examples, however students clear the concept of a topic,after that they try to write in your own words.
3- I 'm flexible according to my students,so they all are feel easy to communicate with me.
I'm discuss all my experience that are strongly give me results.

    I'm Maria Saleem.I was start my first experience as a pre school teacher,that was a good experience for me I have learned many things like class management, understanding student psychology and their behavior and also deal with them accordingly
