Firstly, i read student's Mind with conversation, after then i decide which method helps them to learn Happily. I'm not that too much Strict Teacher because i believe a good behaviour of teacher and a good environment, a teacher creates can more help a student to learn Happily,and ask questions without any hesitation. I don't burdenize students because i believe burden loss students interest in studies. That's my way of teaching.

I teach a very average student of class 8, who has to appeared for Federal board exams after 15 days. He has no interest in studies but i made it possible, he passed all the exams with good marks.
If someone asked how i did it. I just said them don't treat every student equally because every student have their own mentality. Treat them in a way they are.
