Assalam o Alaikum! MY name is Saman Naeem and I am a hafiza. I am willing to teach students Quran and tajweed with full passion.

**Responsibilities:**
- Teach Quranic recitation (Tajweed) and memorization (Hifz) to students of various age groups and skill levels.
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that align with the curriculum and cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
- Provide individual and group instruction, utilizing various teaching methods and techniques to ensure effective learning.
- Assess students' progress through regular quizzes, tests, and evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and respectful learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about students' progress and any concerns.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and other school activities as required.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies, educational tools, and Islamic scholarship.
- Ensure the classroom is well-maintained, organized, and conducive to learning.

**Qualifications:**
- Proficiency in Quranic recitation and a strong understanding of Tajweed rules.
- Prior experience in teaching the Quran to children and/or adults.
- Ability to develop and implement effective lesson plans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine passion for teaching and Islamic education.
- Knowledge of Arabic language is preferred.
- Certification in Islamic studies or Quran teaching is a plus.
