I teach online, physical if necessary, Mathematics and also statistics for college and university students an experience i have for over 12 years. There are other subjects i teach depending on the level of student. I am flexible and adaptable because when it comes to this it's a must for teachers, to continuously evaluate what’s working for their students and even more importantly, what isn’t working. I am patient and an active listener which is vital for a teacher, i always want to effectively diagnose and help overcome students’ unique obstacles and challenges. I would urge that you try me and see the results. As an educator, i’ll be responsible for teaching an extraordinarily wide range of students. To combat inequality and discrimination and ensure fairness, assessing students’ needs in a way that is free from bias- something that requires one to continuously check in with own judgments and assumptions about others. increasing overall level of preparedness as an educator by learning about my students’ strengths and challenges, and ensuring that I consider how each of my students could be affected by my lesson plans.
