A Business Management graduate who specializes in Human Resource Management Field (University of Kelaniya). Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have demonstrated motivation, constant learning and development, interpersonal skills, teamwork, leadership skills and work ethics. I have more than 2 years corporate sector experience, hence, I can use recent and modern world corporate sector examples as well during teaching. Meanwhile, I am conducting quantitative researcher in Business Management and HR stream and won 3rd place of best research poster presentation award in 2023 - ICBI Research Conference conduct by University of Kelaniya, and award as research paper presentee award ICMR Research Conference (2023) - University of Sabaragamuwa.
