Hlo. sana ishtiaq here. I have a degree of Mphil, majored in inorganic/ Analytical chemistry from university of Agriculture Faisalabad. As well as i have done bachelor's in education. Initially, I worked at government graduate college for 3 years, where I had the opportunity to teach chemistry to the Intermediate and Undergraduate (BS (hons.) classes.
Later on, I made a transition to the school, where I taught matriculation for a year. Alongside my teaching responsibilities, i had a chance to coach drawing and painting. which turned out to be surprisingly enjoyable. It was a rewarding experience to engage with students outside the traditional classroom setting.Teaching is my passion, and I love nothing more than helping students develop their skills and achieve their academic goal. I am incredibly excited to bring my subject knowledge, pedagogical skills, and enthusiasm to the students. I am looking forward to know students to create an engaging and supportive learning environment. I prefer to utilise available or low-cost resources, including parents, counsellors, research, and the students themselves, to help them reach their full potential. Lastly, I never blame students who may resist being pushed academically due to trauma or negative experiences. Instead, I follow the approach of ' work on them, work with them, and work for them', recognising their age and intentions.
