As a fresh graduate, ofcourse this would be my first time to apply as an educator or teacher. I am a very simple person who would love and willing to share or impart my knowledge to those who are interested to learn something based on my capacity. A good teacher must be patient enough and ready to engage because there are students with different personalities you will be teaching right away. If I could be a teacher, I wouldn't put any pressure to my students. No matter how it takes, the most important part is that they learn and grow.
In connection with the methodology, I believed that one of the best ways to measure the student's level of learnings is by conducting pre test/post test. The pre test would determine their knowledge on a certain topic prior to the discussion while the post test would determine their level of learnings right after the discussion of the topics. In this matter, we can compare their scores from their pre test and post test and would tell us wether they learn or they need a thorough discussions to really understand a certain topic. I think that would be all. Thank you!
