I mostly used a very simple and friendly way in order to make sure the whole attention of my students to myself.This methodology means a lot and its always helps me in improving my students .In my opinion if teachers are able to make a considerable relation with the students this will give them a confidence to get a better step regarding the students mentality.I always ask my students during the lecture what I had delivered.I randomly ask different questions to them so I can guess the physical and mental attention of the students.Sometimes students are physically present but absent mentally in real sense.This is all I have had my experience during my teaching tenure which not only made me a good teacher but it helps me also a very well repute amongst all my staff members as well as my co fellows and also the students.Its not easy to be a good teacher but the hardest thing is to make a good relation with your students so they make themselves able to ask anything to their teachers without any hesitation.
